Lee Vardaro has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2010, Lee started working at Target as a Senior Team Lead and held this position for five years. Lee then transitioned to Lurleen B. Wallace Community College in 2015, where they worked as a Math Tutor for one academic year. In the same year, Lee also took on the role of Farm Manager at Vardaro Farm, a position they held for three years. In 2018, Lee joined Qualitest as a Software Engineer in Test and contributed to the company's projects until 2019. Following this, Lee joined People's United Bank, N.A. as an Application Systems Analyst in 2019. They later advanced to the position of Senior Application Systems Analyst, where they continued working until October 2021. Finally, in October 2021, Lee Vardaro joined BrowserStack as a Senior Customer Engineer.

Lee Vardaro completed their education in a chronological order. They first attended LBW Community College from 2015 to 2016, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in General Studies. Following that, Lee went on to attend Troy University from 2016 to 2018. At Troy University, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Lee Vardaro also obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in February 2021.
