Nisarg Mehta

Nisarg Mehta has a diverse work experience. Nisarg has recently been working at BrowserStack since 2018, where they have held various roles. Currently, they are a Manager in Customer Success, responsible for delivering a WOW experience to a large number of SMB customers. Prior to this, they were the Team Lead for Enterprise Customer Success, where they developed best practices and processes for customer lifecycle management. Nisarg also launched BrowserStack Test University, an all-in-one learning platform. Before joining BrowserStack, Nisarg worked at Media.net from 2013 to 2018, where they held different positions. As an Associate Manager in Account Management, they managed enterprise customers and helped launch a knowledge sharing platform. Nisarg was also a Senior Account Manager, conducting training sessions and maintaining top accounts. In their earliest role, as an Account Manager, they worked closely with research analysts and provided customer support. In 2017, Nisarg worked as a Consultant at Antarang Foundation.

Nisarg Mehta has a diverse education history. Nisarg obtained a Diploma in Cyber law and Intellectual Property Rights from Government Law College, Mumbai in the year 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Mumbai. Additionally, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.

In terms of additional certifications, Nisarg Mehta has obtained various qualifications. These include certifications in Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership, Sales Pipeline Management, Sales Coaching, Building Connection and Engagement in Virtual Teams, Building and Managing a High-Performing Sales Team, Customer Experience: Journey Mapping, Customer Retention, De-Escalating Intense Situations, and Sales: Customer Success. Nisarg also acquired a certification in Design Thinking & Innovation from the Stanford Center for Professional Development in 2019.
