Saurabh Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Saurabh is currently working at BrowserStack as the Head of Global Customer Success, Renewals & Technical Support, a role they started in August 2021. Saurabh Gupta completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2000 to 2004. Saurabh then pursued a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Saurabh Gupta obtained several certifications from Salesforce. In February 2016, they became a Salesforce Certified Administrator.
