Sharad Sharma is a software engineer with diverse experience in mentoring and software development. As a DSA Mentor at Masai, Sharad focused on preparing students for company interviews with an emphasis on data structures, algorithms, and competitive programming. At Amazon, Sharad served as a Software Development Engineer 1 on the Payments Services team, where responsibilities included designing and implementing the Availability Cockpit, resulting in significant reductions in outage mitigation time.
