Shivkumar Ganesh

Shivkumar Ganesh has a diverse work experience spanning across different companies and roles. Shivkumar started their career in 2013 as a Support Engineer at FirstBIT, where they worked until 2015. Shivkumar then joined MARS GCC FZE as a P&O System Analyst from 2015 to 2016. In 2019, Shivkumar worked as a Summer Intern at The Belgian Waffle Co. Starting from 2020, they transitioned to BrowserStack, a leading software testing platform. Shivkumar held various roles at BrowserStack, including Account Executive for the Central US, Canada, and Latin America from July to December 2020, Account Manager for Europe from January 2021 to March 2022, Account Manager L2 for Europe from April 2022 to July 2023, and currently serves as the Account Manager - Strategic - East US. At BrowserStack, Shivkumar contributed to the growth and success of the company by providing instant access to real mobile devices and browsers on a reliable cloud infrastructure.

Shivkumar Ganesh completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science from BIT Mesra Student-Industry Relations Cell, starting in 2007 and finishing in 2013. In 2019, they attended SDA Bocconi and completed an International Master in Business degree, specializing in International Business. Additionally, in 2018 to 2020, they also studied at SDA Bocconi Asia Center for an International Master in Business. Shivkumar Ganesh has obtained several certifications, including Analytics from KPMG India in July 2019 and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) - Routing and Switching from Cisco in August 2013. Shivkumar has also taken online courses in Introduction to Corporate Finance and Introduction to Financial Accounting from Wharton Online. Other certifications include Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business Advanced - Training from Kaspersky Lab, Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt from KPMG India, and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) - Windows Server 2012 from Microsoft.
