Sudarshan Sarda

Sudarshan Sarda has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sudarshan currently works in the finance team at BrowserStack since February 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at Greenko Group from December 2016 to November 2021, including AVP - Finance, Accounts & Regulatory, and Senior Manager - Finance, Accounts & Regulatory. In these positions, they were responsible for managing working capital, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial statements as per Indian GAAP/ IND AS, and supervising finance and treasury functions.

Before joining Greenko Group, Sudarshan worked at Cipla from June 2013 to November 2016 in the Corporate Finance division. Here, they coordinated financial integration of acquired entities, conducted finance due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, and handled funding-related activities.

Prior to Cipla, they worked at KEC International Ltd. from January 2010 to June 2013 as a Manager - Finance & Accounts. In this role, they prepared and analyzed financial statements, managed working capital requirements, and handled statutory audits.

Sudarshan also has experience working as an Assistant Manager - Accounts at Ispat Industries Ltd. from October 2008 to January 2010, and as a Manager - Finance at Cummins exhaust India Limited from September 2007 to September 2008.

Sudarshan Sarda completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Jain College in Bikaner, Rajasthan. After that, they pursued a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the field of Accounting and Finance, which they completed between 2004 and 2007.
