Suresh Shinde

Suresh Shinde has extensive work experience in human resources and team management. Suresh started their career in 2007 as a Team Leader at IOL Netcom Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for leading a team of 20 customer service executives. In 2009, they joined ZTE Telecoms India as a Zonal HR, where they handled various HR functions such as resume screening, conducting interviews, coordinating with department heads for manpower planning, and conducting employee orientation. Suresh then joined Samsung Electronics in 2015 as an HR, where they worked until 2021. Currently, they are working at BrowserStack as an HR.

Suresh Shinde has a diverse educational background in the field of computers. Suresh started their education journey in 1998 and completed their Diploma in Computer Engineering from Naval Institute of Technology in 2002. In 2005, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSC IT) from AIEM, which they completed in 2007. Building on their knowledge, Suresh then enrolled in Welingkar Institute of Management from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in E-business.

In addition to their formal education, Suresh has also obtained certifications to enhance their professional skills. Suresh obtained the "Human Resources Foundations" certification from LinkedIn in August 2019. Most recently, in April 2023, they completed the "Learn to Control Your Attention" certification, also from LinkedIn.
