Charles Normand has extensive experience in mechanical design and project management, having worked primarily at BRP since April 2006 in various roles, including Chef de service, expérience service et stratégie, Chef d'équipe NPD service, Chef concepteur SSV, and Concepteur mécanique. Prior to BRP, Charles Normand was a Concepteur mécanique at Techmire Ltd., where mold design for zinc and magnesium injection was a focus, and held positions at C&C technologie as a designer and training lead, as well as at Precicad as a mechanical designer. Education includes a certificat en management with a specialization in project management from Université de Sherbrooke, set to be completed in April 2025, and a technique de génie mécanique from Cégep de Limoilou, earned in August 1996.
