Dylan Pearson, MBA, PMP, P.Eng., currently serves as Team Leader for Infrastructure Projects and Global Carbon Neutrality Strategy at BRP, directing global efforts to achieve carbon neutrality and waste reduction by 2030. Previously, Dylan managed the $7B Blue Line Extension Project for Ville de Montréal, leading a multidisciplinary team and engaging with various stakeholders. As a Project and Program Management Consultant at Colliers Project Leaders, Dylan delivered significant projects including a new Control Center for the Canadian Space Agency and grew the Quebec business unit significantly. Earlier experience includes technical engineering roles at Enerquin Air, implementing cost-saving solutions in the pulp and paper industry, and coordinating leadership training programs at McGill University. Dylan holds an MBA from Concordia University and a B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University.
