Éléonore Roux

Éléonore Roux has built a robust career in business strategy, project management, and process optimization, marked by a Master's degree and a PMP certification. They began their professional journey in 2011 as a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator at Rock&Social and gained further experience at Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group from 2017 to 2019 in various roles, including Senior Advisor. Most recently, Éléonore has been working as a Strategic Planning and Senior Talent Partner at BRP since 2025, where they continue to leverage their expertise in human resources projects and talent acquisition strategies. Driven by a commitment to sustainability, Éléonore also completed a Master’s thesis titled "Towards a More Sustainable Show." Outside of work, they enjoy outdoor activities such as running, hiking, and skiing, which fuel their motivation and perseverance.
