Erick Cano.

Erick Cano has a diverse and extensive work experience in the automotive and manufacturing industry. ERICK is currently working as a Project Lead for Manufacturing Electric Vehicles (EV) at BRP since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Valeo from 2021 to 2023 as a Program Manager, where they were responsible for achieving and improving NPD projects and business KPIs. ERICK also worked as a Sales Key Account Manager at Bader (Automotive Leather Seat Covers) in 2019, maintaining commercial relationships with high-volume customers. At Eaton, they held multiple roles from 2014 to 2018, including Manufacturing Operations Manager and Operations Transfer Project Manager. ERICK also worked at Bombardier Aerospace as Program Launch Manager and Sr. Project Manager from 2011 to 2014. Earlier in their career, they worked at MSA - The Safety Company as a Transfer Project Engineer and at General Motors as a Production Supervisor and Industrial Engineer.

Erick Cano has a diverse education history. In 2001 to 2005, they studied Industrial Engineering at Universidad La Salle Bajío. In 2007, they participated in the English Immersion Program at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. In 2009, they pursued a Master of Quality and Engineering Management at Universidad La Salle, A.C. ERICK also obtained a Project Management Course certification from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2009. In 2016, they earned a Manager Skills Diploma in Business Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Additionally, they recently obtained a certification in "Presenting like a PRO" from PrezExpert Inc. in 2023.
