They have held multiple roles at BRP, including Assembly Quality Manager and EV Launch Manager, ensuring quality operations across various vehicle assembly lines. Prior to BRP, Fernando worked at Chrysler Group LLC and FIAT Chrysler Automobiles, focusing on powertrain engineering and quality concerns.
