Frederic Beaulieu

Frederic Beaulieu currently serves as Chef de service at BRP since June 2023. Prior to this role, Frederic held various positions at IBM from 2008 to June 2023, including Directeur Service Technique, where Frederic implemented lean concepts, optimized inter-departmental communications, and established quality approaches. In the role of Directeur Support aux équipements, Frederic deployed lean tools and methodologies to enhance project management and equipment modifications for improved manufacturing processes. As Directeur operations manufacturieres, Frederic contributed to operational improvements and quality initiatives, leading multi-sectorial quality issues and kaizen events. Frederic holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from École de technologie supérieure.
