Jasmin Boudreau

Jasmin Boudreau has over a decade of experience in strategic management and human resources, currently serving as Manager Dealer Solutions and previously as Manager Strategic Planning at BRP since April 2011. In these roles, Jasmin leads strategy development and governance for Global Services, manages business transformation projects, and drives improvements within the Global Service, Parts and Accessories department. Additional experience includes identifying and managing dealer support initiatives, implementing SAP solutions, and overseeing warranty administration at BRP. Prior to BRP, Jasmin worked at National Bank of Canada as an HR Business Partner focusing on change management, and held various strategic HR roles at NorthgateArinso, Gexel Telecom & IP5 Corporation, and BPR Groupe Conseil. Jasmin holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Université de Sherbrooke.
