Joel Levasseur is an experienced manager with a focus on strategic planning and performance management at BRP since September 2016. As the Strategic Planning Leader of Global Manufacturing Operations, Joel directs the strategic planning processes for ten plants across four countries, conducting analyses to establish objectives and facilitate informed decision-making. Other roles at BRP include leading initiatives in electric vehicle manufacturing and developing logistics strategies for new product introductions. Prior experience includes consulting for operational excellence at Merkur Inc. and project leadership at IBM. Joel holds a Master’s degree in Technology and Innovation Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, along with studies at Grenoble INP - UGA.
