Mary Ellen Malcolm

Mary Ellen Malcolm currently serves as the Global Telecommunications Manager at BRP since March 2001, overseeing all Voice and Data Communications, including WAN, LAN, Phone Systems, Call Centers, and Voice Services, with a focus on architecture, project delivery, and operational performance. Prior to BRP, Mary Ellen held the position of Global Infrastructure Director at Outboard Marine Corporation from August 1996 to March 2001, beginning as a Global Senior Telecommunications Analyst involved in ERP project evaluations. Earlier career experience includes roles at Aetna Life & Casualty from 1975 to 1996, where Mary Ellen advanced from Accounting Analyst to Accounting Superintendent, and at Midland Bank from 1974 to 1977 as a Consumer Credit Clerk. Mary Ellen Malcolm earned a BA in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, attending from 1970 to 1974, and studied at Marquette University in 1976-1977.
