Melanie MacKowiak

Melanie Mackowiak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Global Transformation Strategy at BRP since October 2023, Melanie previously held the position of Engagement Manager at Hatch from August 2021 to March 2023. At EY, Melanie worked in several roles, including Manager, Real Estate Strategy, Senior Consultant, and Consultant in Performance Improvement from January 2016 to July 2021. Prior experience includes a managerial role in Risk and Administration at DATAGLOBE from May 2011 to December 2015.
