Patrick Vandal

Patrick Vandal is a seasoned professional in Human Resources technology operations with a strong background in analytical and advisory roles. Currently serving as Team Leader for HR Technology Operations at BRP since April 2023, Vandal previously worked as a Business Analyst at Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group from May 2022 to April 2023. Prior to that, Vandal held the position of Senior Analyst in HR Technologies at CAE from November 2021 to May 2022. Vandal's extensive experience at Cirque du Soleil includes roles such as Senior Advisor for Talent Systems, Human Resources System Advisor, and System Analyst between February 2019 and November 2021. Vandal began a career in program operations and administration at the Centre de Loisirs de Lachine from January 2017 to February 2019. Vandal earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM) in 2019.
