Richard Eck is an award-winning industrial design leader with over 25 years of experience in powersports and vehicle design. Currently serving as the Design Manager for Can-Am Off Road and Ski-Doo brands at BRP, Eck leads multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and user-focused products. Previously, they held key design roles at Polaris Industries, Mercury Marine, and founded DesignR Ltd., where they provided strategic design consultancy across various industries. Eck possesses a BFA in Transportation Design from the College for Creative Studies and an Associate's degree in Drafting and Design Technology from the University of Toledo.
