Steven Giroux

Steven Giroux is an experienced manager with a strong background in analytics and business intelligence, currently serving as Manager of the Analytics & AI Center of Excellence at BRP since October 2011. With previous roles in reporting, sales intelligence, and business analytics, Steven has successfully led the development of dashboards, reports, and sales tools to support sales decision-making across North America. Notably, Steven has presented sales targets to senior leadership and created tools for sales opportunity targeting. Prior to BRP, Steven gained valuable experience at Statistics Canada as an interviewer, demonstrating strong communication skills and team commitment, and at Auberge au Lion d'Or as Operations Coordinator, where management and process optimization were key focuses. Steven holds a Master’s Degree in Strategy of Business Intelligence and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management of Information Systems from Université de Sherbrooke.
