Tania Limon is currently the Manufacturing Strategy Team Lead at BRP and has been with the company since 2020, also serving as a Project Engineer and Management System Engineer. Previously, Tania was a Lean Sigma Project Leader at Avery Dennison from 2015 to 2018 and a Continuous Improvement Technician at Lear Corporation from 2014 to 2015. Tania began their career as a Customer Service Representative at ACS/A Xerox company from 2007 to 2010, and gained engineering experience as an intern at Valeo in 2011-2012. Tania is pursuing a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering at The University of Texas at El Paso, expected to conclude in 2024.
