Vincent Varaldi is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning over two decades in the automotive and motorsport industries. Currently serving as Director of Vehicle Engineering for Can-Am On-Road at BRP since December 2008, Vincent has also held various leadership roles including Director of 3 Wheels Vehicle Engineering and Project Manager. As the founder of M, established in July 2020, Vincent promotes high-end technical products for mountaineering enthusiasts, driven by a passion for shared experiences. Prior to BRP, Vincent served as Head of Performance at Super Aguri F1 Ltd, where analytical tools were employed to enhance car performance, and held significant roles at Mitsubishi Motorsport Ltd and Peugeot Sport, focusing on vehicle dynamics and team management within competitive environments. Vincent graduated with a Master's degree in Engineering from ECAM LaSalle.
