Andrew Liby

Andrew Liby has extensive experience in civil engineering, currently serving as Project Executive at BRPH since July 2013, where responsibilities also included roles as Project Manager and Civil Engineer. Previously, Andrew worked at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. as a Civil Engineer from June 2007 to June 2013. Andrew obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida, completing the program in 2007.
