Harry Fishbein, P.E. is an accomplished engineering professional with a strong background in construction quality control and geotechnical engineering. Currently serving as the Construction Quality Control Manager at BRPH since May 2022, Harry previously held the position of Quality Control Manager for the Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge at Granite Construction from August 2017 to May 2022. Prior experiences include roles as a Resident Engineer at Techno Consult and Geotechnical Engineer at both AKRF, Inc. and JZN Engineering, PC. Harry holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lafayette College, completed in 2012.
