Matthew Flores, AIA, serves as Principal and Chief Design & Creative Leader at BRPH since April 2023, and holds the position of Regional Design & Creativity Leader. In addition, Matthew has been a member of the Board of Directors for Downtown Melbourne since January 2024. Prior experience includes a tenure at Gresham Smith from 2012 to April 2023, where Matthew advanced from Architect to Studio Design Leader. Matthew holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Art Education from Carson-Newman University, earned between 1997 and 2001.
