John Frank

As Chief Innovation Officer, John drives the firm’s adaptation of cutting-edge technology and innovative delivery methods to strengthen the experience for team members, consultants and clients alike. Simultaneously, he leads the firm’s Bentonville office and provides counsel to and oversight for one of the firm’s largest clients. Throughout the course of his career, John has managed teams devoted to retail, grocery, hospitality and industrial projects; he also leads firm-wide efforts around the emergence of Net Zero Energy buildings. John has been with BRR since 2002 and became principal in 2014.
