Steve Glendinning

Steve Glendinning has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Steve currently serves as a Non Executive Director at the London Internet Exchange (LINX) since May 2023. Prior to this, they were a Member of the Management Council at ISPA UK starting from June 2022. Steve also held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Brsk from January 2021 onward.

Earlier in their career, Steve was a Founder and Director of Shawell Technology Ltd from May 2004 to August 2017. Steve also founded Embed Limited, a successful embedded software development company that operated from an unspecified date in 2005 to 2006.

Steve's experience in the telecommunications sector includes serving as a Non Executive Director at IDNet since October 2020 and Chief Technical Officer at Warwicknet Ltd. (later renamed Glide Business) from April 2008 to September 2020.

Additionally, Steve has entrepreneurial experience as the Founder and Director of Warwick Backup Ltd, a business offsite cloud data backup service acquired by WarwickNet in 2013, and as the Founder and Director of Net That Works Ltd, a network consultancy company, also acquired by WarwickNet in 2013.

Steve began their career as an Embedded Software Engineer at Red Bull Racing from October 2006 to March 2008.

Steve Glendinning attended Lawrence Sheriff School from 1992 to 1998, where they obtained their high school degree. Following that, they enrolled in the University of Nottingham from 1998 to 2002 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree (Msci) in Physics. In terms of additional certifications, Steve obtained a CCNA certification from the institution Cisco in January 2013.
