We’re more than just another recruiting group or crisis response team; we find the human solutions that put companies back on track to surpass their strategic targets. Anyone can find a “body”, we’re known for finding the right people.

David Bruce, President, has over 25 years experience assisting companies ranging from small budding companies to large, multinational corporations. David accomplished this by successfully climbing the managerial ladder with a world-class components manufacturer, then transitioning to the role of external recruiter.

How successful has he been with helping companies? David was highly successful. As a manufacturer and territory manager, David played a key role in significantly increasing market share, and as a recruiter David was both the 2007 and 2008 International Account Executive of the Year for the world’s largest international recruiting organization.
