BIC tender on and undertake all fields of general construction, be it a greenfield project or a major addition to an existing structure. 

Fitout & Interiors - 
We undertake interior fitouts of offices, shops, hotels etc. BIC can negotiate to perform selected trade packages using our own experienced trades people. 

Refurbishments -
BIC can assist with refurbishment of existing facilities using their data base of preferred subcontractors and suppliers. We have experience in the restoration of heritage buildings. 

Project and Construction Management - 
BIC are experienced construction managers who are able to coordinate your project from concept to completion. We can provide budget costs and quotations for the full range of building projects with the aim of providing value for money to our clients. 

Asset Maintenance and Services - 
BIC employ a team of experienced tradesmen who are able to perform a broad range of maintenance services.
