Helder Mattos has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Helder started their career as a Research Intern at PUC-Rio, where they focused on the capabilities and technology of H. 264 codec and also conducted research and development of Organic LEDs (OLEDs). Helder then joined Accenture Ltd as an IT Consulting Intern Analyst. After that, they worked at TIM Brasil (Telecom Italia) for several years in different roles. Helder served as an IT Project Manager Consultant, IT PMO Program Manager Consultant, and Marketing CRM Specialist/Business Project Manager. In these positions, they managed BTL campaigns, implemented real-time CVM approaches, coordinated action plans for improving customer base churn KPIs, and analyzed customer data. Helder was also the leader of an innovative crisis response project called "Portas Abertas." Later on, Helder Mattos joined Bruce.work, where they held the position of Head of Marketing before being promoted to Director of Marketing and Product Management.
Helder Mattos pursued their education with a focused approach, acquiring a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from IAE Nancy School of Management between 2016 and 2017. Prior to this, they completed their Engineer's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, a five-year program that spanned from 2004 to 2009.
