Currently, Gatis leads the business for Bruegmann in the Baltics and Eastern Europe, focusing on strategic growth and operational excellence. Gatis possesses skills in team leadership, business planning, marketing strategies, and branding, with a passion for category and supply management, merchandising, and product innovations. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Latvia and completed a marketing leadership program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
