James Hicks

James Hicks has a diverse work experience, starting in August 2015 as a Production Assistant at Entertainment Tonight - CBS Television Distribution. In May 2016, they transitioned to Bruin Group LLC as a Video Editor. From December 2016 to May 2019, they held the position of Manager - Software Operations & Support at Bruin Group LLC. In May 2019, they were promoted to the role of Director - Software Operations. James's work experience includes roles in software operations, support, business analysis, and video editing.

James Hicks attended Union College from 2011 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. James double majored in Political Science and Film Studies and minored in History. In 2012, they also spent a term abroad in Cape Town, South Africa, at the University of Cape Town. Recently, from 2022 to 2024, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Information Systems at Boston University.
