Dr. Bruns uses many techniques including licensed chiropractic acupuncture, activator methods, Cox technique , Diversified technique and has over 300 hours in the chiropractic rehabilitation diplomate. He also uses a wide variety of soft tissue techniques to treat spinal, soft tissue and extremity conditions just to name a few. He provides a wide range of advice on diet, nutrition, medicinal foods, exercise, health and wellness from his 41 years of experience in the profession. He likes to take a whole person approach looking for the cause and prevention not just the symptoms.
