Matt Webb

Matt Webb, MBA, LSSBB, BRMP, currently serves as the Senior Director and Enterprise Business Process Leader at Brunswick Corporation, where Matt drives the introduction and adoption of standard platforms to enhance enterprise business processes. Prior to joining Brunswick, Matt held the position of Director for IT-BU Alignment and Strategy at Brunswick Boat Group, focusing on the development of a multi-year IT roadmap. Matt's extensive experience includes significant roles at Kimberly-Clark, where Matt managed global IT portfolios and led restructuring initiatives, as well as positions at Marriott International, Eastman Chemical, and Cendian Corporation, emphasizing process improvement and project management. Matt holds an MBA from Mississippi State University and a BS in Logistics and Transportation from the University of Tennessee.
