Nancy E. Cooper

Nancy Cooper is a seasoned executive and board member with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as a Board Member at Aptiv since January 2018 and as Board Chair at Brunswick Corporation since November 2013, Nancy has also held board positions at The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, The Mosaic Company, and Teradata. Previously, Nancy was the EVP and CFO at CA Technologies and CFO at IMS Health. Educational achievements include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bucknell University.
