Thad Pearson

Thad Pearson is an experienced leader in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence at Brunswick Corporation since February 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing manufacturing and industrial engineering to enhance efficiency in the production of Harris and Cypress Cay pontoon boats. Prior to this, Thad held the position of Plant Manager at Rain Bird Corporation, managing an electronics assembly facility, and leading multiple departments. Thad also served as Senior Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Enphase Energy, focusing on manufacturing and test engineering, and managed engineering teams at Harman International as a Senior Manager. Thad began a career in manufacturing as a Lead Manufacturing Engineer at Motorola, specializing in circuit board assembly. Thad holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and an M.B.A. in Management and Administration from Indiana University South Bend.
