Brusco Food Group have been a trusted source of quality ingredients for over 30 years supplying food products and ingredients to food manufacturers, food service and retail.

We are a specialist supplier in areas such as alcohol, beans and pulses, dried fruits, herbs and spices, IQF egg products, onion and garlic, oils and vinegars, tomatoes, vegetables, coconut products, plant based products and chestnuts.

In 2021 Brusco Food Group announced their exclusive partnership with Smart Salt® bringing patented Sodium Reduction Technology to UK food manufacturers and food service.

Smart Salt® is a sodium reduction system based on patented technology from Finland. It enables sodium reduction of up to 60% without compromising on taste or product performance.

Brusco Food Group, we believe in doing things differently; our objectives are not profit or growth driven, (we believe this is a bi-product). We focus each day on being the best we can be in everything we do.

Quality, service and integrity

Our aspiration is to set the benchmark for quality, service and integrity, so our customers can consume our products with confidence.

Committing to the principles of Brusco Food Group's corporate social responsibility program not only makes good business sense, but also supports our business strategies and corporate values.
