Jerry Decker

Jerry Decker is an experienced sales representative with a background in account growth, product demonstrations, relationship building, complaint handling, new product sales, written submittals, and territory management. Since March 2011, Jerry has been working in sales at Brush Masters, following a substantial tenure at Sherwin Williams from April 1996 to January 2010, where Jerry served as a Senior Sales Representative and Store Manager. As Store Manager, Jerry successfully managed a paint store, hired employees, and achieved double-digit sales growth over two consecutive years. Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Resources and Business Management from the University of Minnesota, obtained between 1988 and 1993.
