At Brussels Mindfulness, we help international professionals and leaders build well-being and resilience in a fast-paced and often demanding world.

Based in the heart of Europe, we offer evidence-based trainings, retreats, and coaching that help people and organisations cultivate calm, focus, and sustainable performance.
Our programmes combine the latest insights from neuroscience, mindfulness, and positive neuroplasticity to support individuals and teams in thriving — not just performing.

Whether through corporate workshops on resilience and conscious leadership, or personal courses and retreats for individuals, our mission is to promote conscious and balanced living and working.
We believe that when people feel well and connected, they bring greater awareness, compassion, and creativity into their work — and into the world.

Our clients include international organisations, EU institutions, and global companies, as well as individuals from the diverse expat community who seek more balance and meaning in their lives.
