Jerome Berger

Jerome Berger serves as the Head of Group Strategy and President & Managing Partner at Orange Ventures since July 2012, contributing extensive expertise in corporate finance, financial planning, and international cash management within a Paris/US listed company. Berger has played a pivotal role in various financing sectors, including debt and equity capital markets, project finance, and retail customer financing. In addition to current positions, Berger holds multiple board memberships at organizations such as Airalo, Future4Care, Aduna Global, VECT-HORUS S.A.S., Bleu, TOTEM, and Brut. Previously, Berger served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Orange Bank and co-founded NowCP, showcasing a strong commitment to governance and strategic development across diverse industries.
