Operations Support Officer at Bryce Space and Technology

Darrell Green's work experience begins with their current position as an Operations Support Officer at BryceTech, where they are responsible for maintaining information management and situational awareness, as well as facilitating stakeholder coordination meetings.

Prior to their current role, Darrell worked as an Operations Support Officer at JRAD, where they performed similar duties of maintaining information management and situational awareness throughout the organization.

Before joining JRAD, Darrell served as a Datacenter Lead III at General Dynamics Information Technology. In this role, they served as an administrator for automated job scheduling and document scanning services, while also managing computer resources and supervising the data center staff.

Darrell also has experience working at the Department of Defence as an Administrative Program Specialist, where they served as a security manager and managed daily courier runs for the delivery of budgetary material and correspondence.

Darrell has also worked at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as a Management and Program Analyst, where they assisted in the development and implementation of intelligence and investigative information analysis protocols.

Earlier in their career, Darrell worked at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as an Agent Cashier, responsible for the advance payment and accountability of funds. Darrell also worked as a Telecommunications Specialist at the same department, handling incoming calls and fax messages.

Darrell's work experience also includes serving in the US Army as a 92A Automated Logistics Specialist, where they directed and implemented materiel management and logistical support.

Lastly, Darrell served in the United States Marine Corps as a 2531 Field Radio Operator, responsible for maintaining and operating radio equipment.

Darrell Green attended St. Petersburg College from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Information Technology. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2007, they also completed an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at St. Petersburg College. In terms of additional certifications, Green obtained a certification in Contract Planning (CON 121) from the Defense Acquisition University in June 2018.
