Robert Wayne has worked in the technology industry for over 30 years. Theircareer began in 1990 as the Data Processing Supervisor at Dairy Mart Convenience Stores, Inc. In 1991, they moved to C B/Murray Corporation as an Application Developer. In 1993, they joined Ingersoll-Rand as a Systems Programmer. From 1996 to 1998, they were the Project Manager at Belvac Production Machinery. Robert then transitioned to Nexgen Software Technologies as a Technical Solutions Specialist. In 2006, they were hired as a Senior Programmer/Analyst at Friedman Corporation. From 2009 to 2022, they held the roles of Director of Technology and Lead Technology Consultant at Virtutem. Robert is currently the Vice President of Engineering at Brycer.

Robert Wayne attended the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Institute in 2016. From 2002 to 2006, they attended Regis University for Computer Science. From 1993 to 1998, they attended Virginia Western Community College, earning an AS in Business Administration. From 1989 to 1991, they attended the University of Louisville for Information Science and Data Processing. In 2019, they obtained a Zoho Creator Certified Developer - Associate certification from the Zoho Corporation.
