Jay Steele has diverse work experience in various industries. Jay currently holds the position of CEO In Residence at The Brydon Group since September 2022. Prior to this, they co-founded and owned CALCO Properties, LLC since February 2019. Jay also has experience working at Amazon as a Senior Business Development Manager and Senior Vendor Manager from April 2020 to September 2022. Additionally, they interned at the Washington Nationals as a Business Strategy and Analytics Intern from June 2019 to September 2019. Before entering the private sector, Jay worked at Naval Reactors as a Lead Engineer, where they managed various projects related to nuclear-powered warships. Jay also served in the US Navy as a Lieutenant and worked on the Director of Naval Nuclear Propulsion's staff. Jay started their career as an intern at RMF Engineering, Inc.
