John B. Esterhay

John B. Esterhay is the Chief Executive Officer at Select Veterinary Health, specializing in the acquisition and growth of veterinary specialty, emergency, and urgent care groups. Previously, they served as an Operating Partner in middle market private equity firms, handling various portfolio companies and due diligence initiatives. Prior to that, John was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, directing management consulting projects focused on strategic growth and operational performance. They began their career as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy and hold degrees from Harvard University, the London School of Economics, and the University of Virginia School of Law.
