Kyle Estep

Kyle Estep currently serves as CEO-in-Residence at The Brydon Group, where efforts focus on expanding the health insurance and employee benefits sector. Previously, Estep held the position of Senior Vice President of Strategy & Partnerships at Take Command from 2020 to 2025, leading initiatives to promote Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRA). A background at Oscar Health includes various roles culminating in Market Director for the Central Region, where significant growth was achieved across multiple states. Estep has also contributed to the HRA Council as Co-Chair of the Data & Policy Advocacy Committee, and held various positions at Deloitte Consulting with a focus on healthcare strategy. Estep's educational credentials include a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
