Lawrence Snapp is a highly experienced executive with a career spanning over 25 years. Lawrence began their career in 1994 as a Senior Associate at Coopers & Lybrand, leading financial audit, process re-design and due diligence engagements in the technology, healthcare, and energy sectors. In 1999, they started, built, and sold ReturnBuy, an online electronics retailer. From 2002 to 2009, they held various positions at Jabil Circuit, Inc., including VP of Strategic Development, with worldwide responsibility for revenue growth, innovation and technology in Jabil's $800 mm service division. In 2004, they were COO and Executive Producer at Globestepper Entertainment, a private-label digital media studio. From 2009 to 2011, they were President and COO at Clipper Corporation, leading the turnaround and growth of a Chinese-owned producer and wholesaler of diversified commercial and consumer products. From 2011 to 2016, they were Principal Strategist at Microsoft, creating and building the company's direct commercial business. From 2016 to 2018, they were Chief Digital Officer and SVP of Corporate Development at National CineMedia (NCM). Currently, they are Boardmember and CEO of Bryj, a no-to-low code SaaS platform that transforms any consumer, business, or employee interface into amazing user experiences in native app stores worldwide. Lawrence is also Boardmember and former President and CEO of Karmia, which exists to connect 5 billion donors to the millions of nonprofits who raise less than $10 million annually.

Lawrence Snapp obtained their CPA from the California Board of Accountancy in January 1996. Lawrence then attended the University of Southern California and obtained an Accounting degree from the Leventhal School of Accounting. In 1997, they began attending the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where they obtained an MBA in General Management in 1999. Prior to that, they attended Bellarmine College Preparatory.
