Anthony Dear

Anthony Dear is an experienced financial executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Brymec since May 2025. Previously, Anthony held the role of Chief Financial Officer at AgilityEco from April 2020 to May 2025. Earlier experience includes serving as Finance Director for Equiniti from April 2014 to April 2020, where responsibilities encompassed financial leadership and management reporting for the trading division, as well as heading Financial Planning & Analysis for Equiniti Pension Solutions. Anthony's career began at BDO UK LLP as an Assistant Manager in Audit, and Anthony has held financial roles at Virgin Media and Berkeley Group Holdings Plc, where responsibilities included financial decision support, management reporting, and budgeting. Anthony holds the ACA qualification from ICAEW and an IDM Diploma in Direct and Interactive Marketing.
