Gail Wright has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Gail is currently serving as the Head of HR at Bryson Charitable Group since March 2021. Previously, they worked as the HR Manager at Autism Initiatives from April 2020 to February 2021. Prior to that, Gail held various roles at AIB Plc, including Head of HR AIB NI from December 2017 to December 2019, and Senior Employee Relations from March 2014 to December 2017. Gail has expertise in employee relations, staff resolution, and policy design and implementation.
Gail Wright has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Hons in Business Studies from Ulster University. Gail attended Omagh Academy for high school. Gail also obtained a Diploma in employment law from Ulster University. Additionally, they have certifications in BA (Hons) Business Studies and CeMap Diploma.
