Mr. Colin Breeze brings two decades of experience in securities and commercial legal representation with a focus on technology startups and capital formation. In addition to his work on behalf of clients with their capitalization transactions and interactions with securities regulators, Mr. Breeze has been active in the establishment and management of novel investment platforms targeting emerging markets, illiquid assets, real estate, private equity and venture capital asset classes, with specific projects targeting the healthcare, technology, cybersecurity, and financial products verticals.
