Param Dedhia is a Sleep Science Advisor at Bryte and has been in the field of medicine for over 20 years. Param is a board-certified internal medicine and sleep specialist with a Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine and Gerontology. Param has also been certified in Obesity Medicine.

Param has worked as a Physician at Canyon Ranch, where they were the Director of the Tucson Weight Loss Program and the Lifestyle Medicine Specialist. Param has also worked as an Instructor of Medicine at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center and as a Clinical Fellow at The Johns Hopkins University. In addition to their work in the medical field, Param is also a researcher and featured speaker on topics such as optimal health, weight loss, sleep, longevity, and cardiovascular and metabolic health.

Param Dedhia attended medical school at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and received their MD. Param then went on to complete their residency in Internal Medicine at The Johns Hopkins University. Param also completed fellowships in Geriatric Medicine and Integrative Medicine at The Johns Hopkins University and the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson, respectively. In addition, they have a concentration in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Finally, they hold a Bachelor of Arts from Kalamazoo College where they majored in Biology with a concentration in Chemistry.
